The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) issued its Notice of Intent (NOI) to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed PennEast Pipeline Project. The notice announces the opening of FERC’s scoping process, which gathers input from agencies, landowners and other interested stakeholders. The NOI also provides information on the public Scoping Meetings and the process for providing oral or written comments to FERC.
FERC’s Scoping Meeting will begin at 6:00 PM. PennEast representatives will be available one hour prior to each scoping meeting for questions.
