In conjunction with PennEast’s Community Connector Grant Program, and continued community engagement, more than 20 PennEast volunteers spent the day at The Monsignor Andrew J. McGowan Center for Healthy Living in Luzerne County on July 14. The Monsignor Andrew J. McGowan Center for Healthy Living was a 2016 Community Connector Grant recipient.
PennEast volunteers spent the day working alongside the team at the Center, packaging food to support families in need around northeastern Pennsylvania. This opportunity was just one more example of how PennEast employees and contractors are dedicated to supporting their local communities.
